The Leadership Catalyst was never supposed to exist. I did not set out to create a business, a brand or even a book. Helping people is always something I have seen as core to what I do and who I am and it was this that led to where we are now.

Our lives are, in a lot of cases, more complicated, stressful and demanding than they ever have been. Whether it is living up to the expectations of friends and family, achieving your goals at work, running a business, supporting others or even attaining your own personal dreams, help is here.

I want to help as many people with as much of the above as I can. How? From sounding board to contractor, support comes in many forms and here I am giving you access to a wide range of tools and information.
